President : Shauna Cusack

Currently Shauna’s role as President is to delivery the strategic
vision of the chamber for the next 12 months through various projects and
events.
With her newly appointment team,
Shauna's aim is to raise the profile of the City, raise much needed funds
for this years elected charity - The White Oaks, while having fun along the
way.
Shauna has previously held the position of
Social Director in 2005, Vice President in 2006 and is currently working for Paul O'Keefe Associates as a Sales Negotiator.

Vice President : Aaron McElhinney
|
Currently Aaron's role as Vice President is to assist Shauna throughout the
year with the various events that take place. Since joining the Junior
Chamber in March 2005, Aaron has held the position of Social Director in
2006 and is currently working for
Paul O’Keefe Associates as a Financial
Advisor.
Aaron
is the quiet unassuming member of the Junior Chamber who enjoys a nice
bottle of wine on occasions. He returned to Derry after studying in
Edinburgh and
joined Junior Chamber to meet likeminded people.

Secretary : Sean McCloskey
|
Sean is currently a Senior
Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Derry and has worked there since
graduating from the University of Ulster in 2003.
His work has been
concentrated on auditing and accounts preparation services. This has been
across small owner managed businesses to FTSE registered companies in a
variety of sectors and throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Sean joined the JC in December
2005 to try something different within Derry and meet new people. Working in
Derry he felt it would be good to try and do something more than simply come
to work in Derry everyday and the JC seemed a good opportunity to do so.
Sean previously held the
position of Business Director in 2006 and in his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, reading, golfing, socialising, going to the cinema and
Gaelic games.

Noel (show me the money Murray!) joined JCI UK in February 1996, to develop business and social
contacts. Within the Chamber, he has held the roles of Social Director, Treasurer,
Vice President, President and Membership Director.
Noel is the Manager of
the Progressive Building Society. Originally from Belfast, Noel moved to
Derry in October 1995 to open a new branch for the Progressive Building
Society.
In his spare time he coaches hurling to children under 10, watches football
and of course he enjoys a bit of socialising.

IT Director : Stephen Fawl
|
Stephen joined the Junior Chamber in 2006
and is one of the newest members. His role is to develop the website and
help out in all areas of IT.
Originally from Strabane, Stephen
returned to the City after being in Belfast for 10 years and is now working for
Hunter Apparel Solutions Ltd as IT & Business
Development Manager.
In his spare time Stephen is a keen surfer,
enjoys GAA and is a bit Liverpool fan.

Business Development Director : John
Curtin
|
John is originally from Kildare and
after falling for the charms of a local girl, he moved to the city 2 ½
years ago.
He currently works for Band Of Ireland, Business &
Corporate Banking (2 ½yrs now) on the Strand Road as a Business Manager,
looking after Business & Corporate Banking Customers
(involves providing finance for a variety of purposes including Working
Capital Facilities, Construction Finance, Commercial / Residential
Property Purchases)
John joined in Feb 2005 and this is this first time on council. He joined to help build profile in the City
and to meet fellow professionals of
the same age (and the craic!).
His interests include soccer,
gym (on the odd occasion), travelling to rugby (Leinster supporter, but
we won't hold that against him!),
restaurants, socialising and travelling.

Gail Ritchie
|
Gail is responsible for the promotion and PR of
all chamber events and functions. She seeks marketing opportunities,
develops communications with local papers, TV stations, and local media and
our own members.

International & Conference Director : Tom Wylie

Tom’s role with the JC is to liaise with other chambers around the
world, currently he is working on a project to set up link with another
chamber in Europe. Improving
and building on our contacts Local, National, and International level.
Tom is a Solicitor with Babington and Croasdaile specialising in
business and commercial law. The firm has offices in Derry and Coleraine.
Tom is originally from Derry and joined JCI UK in 2003 upon his return to
Derry after living in Dublin for over 10 years where he worked with a large
commercial law firm.

Director: Rachel Bradley

Rachel joined the JCI UK in February 2005 and has joined the Council for the
first time this year. Rachel is currently working for CCI Derry.
Her
role is to organise monthly social events for the chamber, which are
arguably the most important part of the junior chamber!

Gillian
& Joanne both joined the JCI UK in December 2005
and are currently working for The Cresco Trust in the City.
As membership Director's the role is to source new potential members in
the area, promoting JCI UK as a great place to meet likeminded people, make
business contacts, and have fun.

Immediate Past President: Patrick J Kelly
|
Patrick joined JCI UK in 2003 and held the
Sectary’s post in 2004, vice president and Northern Ireland regional group
chairman in 2005. In 2005 he won a National Award for his efforts in as
regional group chairman in Northern Ireland.
Patrick is the proprietor of Kelly's of Melmount (a group of shops -
grocery, hairdresser, fast food outlet and car wash) situated in Strabane,
County Tyrone. In 2002 the business underwent a £250,000 re-development and
Patrick manages the grocery store/car wash but leases out the remaining
units.
